Carson W. Strickland

For over a decade, Carson has focused on financial planning and investment management services for a wide variety of clients, including young professionals and individuals approaching or already in retirement. As part of that process, he listens carefully to clients’ planning needs and conducts in-depth investment research to help clients meet their objectives.

Additionally, Carson provides investment management services to 401(k) and other retirement plans, working closely with plan sponsors to develop strategies suited to their business.

Carson graduated as valedictorian from Jesuit High School and attended the University of Georgia, where he was awarded the Foundation Fellow scholarship, UGA’s highest academic scholarship. He went on to earn his JD from Tulane University School of Law. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Louisiana. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). Prior to joining Hubbell Strickland, Carson worked as an attorney in New Orleans.*

Away from work, Carson has served as a board member on two local school boards. When he can find the time, he loves travelling with his family and is always on the lookout for trip recommendations. He lives in New Orleans with his wife and two children.
